I had the pleasure of creating a distinctive wordmark for luxury apartments nestled on the scenic North Shore of Long Island. The objective was to craft a minimalist identity that would effectively convey the premium nature of their spaces. In addition to the wordmark, I developed advertising concepts aimed at enhancing their aesthetic appeal and attracting their target audience of discerning renters.
